This past Sunday we got together with my mom and brother's family to have brunch. We ate at this little old timmy restaurant called the Pantry in downtown McKinney. It was so cute and charming and the food was REALLY good! We were having a special outing before my mom went in on Monday of spinal surgery (which went well, thank you if you were praying!). I hope to do it again in the spring for a "just because" occasion. The whole area of Downtown McKinney looks so cute and old timmy, but it was FREEZING and rainy, so we opted to stay off the streets. We did run across the road to a little "mom and pop" candy store. It was so neat! They had all kinds of OLD school candy. They also had the most amazing fudge!
