6 month check up for London

Okay, so she is really 7 months but at some point I got a little behind on her shots. The doctor assures me that it is okay and that child services aren't going to come take her away. Pheww. Three shots, an oral dosage of medicine, one bottle, and lots of hugs later... London is sleeping soundly in her bed.

She did a fantastic job with the shots. Her brother, on the other hand, did not. She screamed bloody murder as they were giving her the shots but calmed down as soon as we picked her up. Poor little Dylan was so worried about her when he saw her little face turn beat red and looked up at me with tear filled eyes. As soon as that scream let loose from London, the tears came streaming down Dylan's face. He was so upset for her. I had to let him hold her while I gave her the bottle so he would know she was in fact okay. He gets the brother of the year award for being so sweet. I'm so glad that Daniel was there to help out too. Dylan told Daniel "I was so scared for London" while we were leaving. My big hearted little boy. *sigh* I just love him.

So here are here stats ((*drum roll, please!!!)):
23 lbs
27 and 1/2 inches

:O Yep, she is still in the 97Th percentile for h&w. The doctor says we have nothing to worry about though. Also, she only gained two lbs between this visit and the last, so that was a pretty big slow down.
