Thanksgiving...

This holiday season, I feel like I have so so much to be thankful for. Daniel and I are coming up on our third anniversary. It doesn't feel like it should be that long!!! I am so blessed to have him. He really makes me a better person. By nature I am very aggressive and a real "Go Get 'em!" type. Sometimes this makes for friction and discomfort to myself and/or others. I am not patient AT ALL and I like for thing to be done right when I fell they should be. Picture someone completely opposite. Some one soft spoken, kind to all, laid back, and relaxed and there you have Daniel. He has been none to be a little to laid back at times. But we really truly balance each other. It seems as though we each just fit the other like a puzzle piece. I'm thankful that three years into being married to this man, I love him even more than the day that I married him. I still still get butterflies when we kiss and I still look forward to anytime that we get to spend together.

I'm also so so thankful for the sweet little boy that God blessed us with. I love him more each
day. It is so amazing to watch him grow and to see how many new things he is learning lately. I'm so excited for this holiday season, because of how much he is interested in it. I thank God for how healthy and happy he is. Daniel and I say all the time that we truly lucked out with this kid. :D.
Daniel and I are in the process of finding a house, and I am thankful for how easy the process has been this far. We walked into the first office and were automatically pre-approved for EXACTLY how much we needed. We are so excited to be moving into our first home and to grow our family over the next year or two (and thats all I'm saying on that matter ;P).
This holiday season my heart is so full and I am so thankful for my boys and our life together. And for great friends and so many family members that love and support us so much. We love all of you.

Just because its cute.

I snapped this one last week and thought it was too cute not to share.

Holidays Are Here!!!

So, this past weekend Danie and I took Dylan to see Santa at a Lighting of the Tree event. All three of us really enjoyed it. They had crafts, concerts, contest and door prizes for the kids. Dylan won one of the drawings and got a cool little truck. He like the truck, but he was mostly excited about his name being called in front of all those people. He's my little ham. :D. I couldn't find my camera that night, so I don't have any pictures to post from the event. But, oh my goodness... I wish I had a picture of Dylan's face when they lit up that huge tree. It was the most special part of the night. I am so excited for this Holiday season. This is the first year Dylan is really into all of the festivities and I am LOVING it. We have lots of fun Christmas events planned for the next month. I'll make sure to bring my camera so I can share the special moments!

Trick or Treat!!!

This has been the first year that Dylan is excited about hollidays, and boy was he excited to go Trick or Treating. He had a party at his school on Tuesday and we took him out to Trick or Treat on Wednesday as well as to Daniel work party (whick was mainly just a lunch and costume contest). He had a blast for all the events! He was Ralph from TMNT for his class party and a Ninja for Daniel's work party and Trick or Treating.

Pumpkin Patch 2007

Daniel and I went with my mom and Dylan to a pumpkin patch over in Flowermound. It was so much fun! It is privately owned by a family that opens up there land to the public every year from October 1st - 31st. They make it truly magical for the kids. There are 3 different bounce houses, some huge bounce slides, bounce obstacle courses, hayrides, kiddie train rides, a house made of pumpkins, hay mazes, tons of picture opps, and tons of pumpkins!! AND it all free! They make there money from selling the pumpkins, which are a little pricey. Dylan had a blast and so did we!

Ha! I started this blog back in the summer so that our families could keep up with us. However, I never updated it or even gave you all the info! So, heres to a fresh start!
Dylan is 3 now. We will have been in Dallas for a year next month. We couldn't be happier. We added a new member to our family this month when we addopted Daisy from petland. We love having a little girl in the house! :)

So here are few pictures to get us up to date from over the summer...

That is just a few of many pictures, but I would be here all day if I added every single one. I promise to keep this up to date though so we can share lots more pictures!
