These are some that I snapped of just Dylan. He usually not still long enough to get a picture, but when i can get him to be, the camera loves him (if I do say so myself!)!

Thanksgiving 2009
We had a fabulous Thanksgiving last week. It was low key, simple, and just splendid!
We kicked the morning off right with home made Monkey bread (I think you gain 5 lbs just looking at it!) and the Macey's parade.
We had a late lunch at my brother's house and I had already baked and cooked everything we were bringing, so the morning was just very laid back a chill. We had a great time over at Jona's house with his family and our Mom. Its the way we have always spent this day, and I just love it. The only things I hate are that 1) I didn't snap more pictures and 2) I didn't get any picture of London in her cute Turkey day shirt! Ugh. She spilled something all the way down the front and had to be changed. I did think to grab an extra outfit though, so in all the pictures, Miss Priss is sporting her cousin's old baseball tshirt! haha! He was so proud that she was wearing it though, it was worth it.We kicked the morning off right with home made Monkey bread (I think you gain 5 lbs just looking at it!) and the Macey's parade.

Taking "Walk" with London.
These are from one of the days that Brother was in Mississippi. London LOVES to take "walks" outside. She'll walk to the door and say "bye bye" or "go! GO!" until I take her out. Then we set out for a walk around the block, except that miss London only walks about three houses down, turns around, walks back to our house, turns back, walks three houses down, turns around, walks back to our house, turns back.... you get the idea. It is pretty funny to watch. I don't know WHY but she does NOT want to leave our little street. I even tried just picking her up and walking us around the corner onto the side street, but she ran back to HER "walking" spot. Its too funny.
She also loves to pick the flowers (and try to eat them) and brush the grass with her fingers. She just walks to the edge of the grass and brushes it it with her fingers like she is petting a dog. I don't know why this tickles her so much, but she just giggles over it.

This is the bird feeder that Dylan made for our neighborhood birds (which I've never seen, but didn't tell him that!)

After our "walk", I asked Miss Priss if I could take a few pictures of her.

Dylan's Big Mississippi Adventure...
Dylan was able to go spend 5 days with Daniel's parents, aka Memom and Umpa the week before Thanksgiving. I was so anxious to be away from him for so long, that I hardly thought to take a picture. I did get just a few though...
Dylan was so excited the night before we left that you would have thought Santa was coming the next morning. haha! When we woke him up EARLY that morning, he sprung out of bed dancing! This kid is usually pretty tough to wake up! And when we saw Memom and Umpa's car pull up, I thought he was going to jump out of our car window to get to them! I'm so glad he was able to go spend some good time with them!

From everything I've heard, he had the best time! He enjoyed it so so so much and can't wait to do it again! Maybe it will be a little easier for Mommy next time too?
